as part of the school piece
to look at sort of like Stem subjects
support them in their career
We also have within Team
which is the Tempest early careers
to people of a similar sort of age
And that's been really good, for me
to sort of
So, yeah,
stuff and working with yourselves
allow people to know
what we're doing and,
There's also,
in 2018, we had the,
strategy, which came out, which was,
And that's really looking at trying
the percentage of,
typically, minority, groups.
So, I see
And in order to become more representative
And because of that,
not just the pilots,
are going to be from a variety
And something that we found traditionally
the people from those represented
who are designing their
you don't have that experiences
that they can pull on
You know, the the people who designed the,
obviously
but they didn't think about what happens
how are they going
Yeah, that wasn't malicious
That was just purely they didn't
So they didn't understand
or think about these experiences
So, yeah, it's very much
encourage people from different
if you have people
that allows you to design,
and, supports those people
