Spacial Disorientation

Transcript

So our jets are going to be have

the ability to see more information,

Have very exciting

and fancy sensors that I'm not part of

but that then provides

So one of the big things about crew

how do you present that information

to make sure that they can understand it

And, you know, we've been looking

for how to present information

you know, you know, you're going

you know, like you would in, in virtual

you know, do you go almost like Star

you know, everything's virtual

the Minority Report.

Yeah.

How do you customize the cockpit

it's as ergonomically friendly

So that everything makes sense,

that we've had in legacy

is that because it's

as the capability increases,

becomes more capable,

the screens and the buttons

It's confusing,

you know, with minor upgrades

that can cause problems with pilots

So yeah, you really need to think

But but also as well

something which does affect pilots,

which again, we don't talk about

So you know, if you ever been sort of

disorientated

before, it's normally

between what you're seeing

So it's kind of a bit out of sync.

You get a bit sick, a bit

confused, a bit disorientated,

get that in jet because of the G-forces

And that means that we need to be able to

portray the information to them

situational,

disorientation, because that can mean that

or a different orientation
