one of the things that
that needs to be addressed
and what a lot of our legacy
But I it's weird because it's
normally think about, the pilots,
is the ability to,
because often pilots will be
you know,
may extend as well, particularly
And they could be because they're
They're going to need
And we are aware through talking
surveys, that the current
equipment that is provided is not really,
helping them
Urinate in a safe way.
Often they'll have to unstrap whilst
and move about, which is really dangerous
if they could, lose control of the jet.
So we need to make sure that we provide
And unfortunately, at the moment,
deliberately so they don't have to deal
for the toilet.
And unfortunately, dehydration causes
some serious problems,
Physically, not only you more sort of,
But it sort of it
And there are some studies, links
sort of talk to you about that show quite
So it's really important for us
And Gemma's research will sort of feed
not only do you have
the lack of sort of,
but pilots don't really like talking
My, manager, refers to it
if there's a problem with the jet, pilots
But if they feel that, you know,
they will often accommodate
and find ways of working around it
And there is a certain amount of,
difficulty in talking about
sort of urination
And so our normal means
where we would find out information
So, for example,
if something's wrong with the, the engines
we would very easily find that out
But in terms of pilots, you know,
not being able to to
relieve themselves correctly, often
raised up as a, as a problem.
So hopefully with general information
and provide us with evidence, that's
this is a problem
but you need to be able to quantify it
and say, look, we need funding money,
to be able to tackle. This
