It still is a great support group.
For instance, when I was widowed, you,
you relied on friends and people
come and visit you and see how you were.
But with this organisation,
the RO's or whoever was going to visit
the widow would have a pack,
with information of what she was entitled
It was really so professional
not just emotionally with friends,
so that they knew.
I mean, I went through, for 10 years,
I'm trying to think now what it was
that you were entitled to.
But I had no idea I was entitled to that.
So it was thousands of pounds I missed
And it was another widow that, you know,
you know, little things like that
they really had no idea how to treat us.
I think,
there were four accidents
killed in such a short space of time.
I think there was a lot of shock going on
it was difficult for everybody
from the top level down to down to us.
