and we are possibly missing out on some really clever
youngsters, who'd be brilliant in the Air Force
and make a real difference.
So we need to attract them in.
That's one of the biggest issues.
The second issue is that obviously at the moment,
we're under representative in the Air Force.
So last year we were at about 2.9%,
this year we're approaching 4%, because obviously
the team's been out there trying to promote
the minorities in the Air Force.
And our aim is to get up to 10% by 2020.
And if it carries on with the current trend,
we should be able to get there.
And the whole point is, what we wanna do is,
we wanna represent the makeup of the whole country,
within the Air Force as well.
So the Bain community out in the United Kingdom
is about 10%, and that's what we are aspiring to reach,
to be representing that.
