I came to Shropshire,
I came firstly when the British government
to support the Ukrainian refugees.
My friend Sophia,
she applied for the refugee scheme,
which like, you know, the British people,
suggesting their houses, their help.
Again, so the world so united,
who were, you know, escaping from the war.
And she applied for that scheme,
her and her sister and Harley and Arden.
So they moved to those to that couple
And Sophia suggested me to try apply
And I, that, for me personally,
And yes, 2023, uh, in the autumn
And you technically, you match,
from the UK who offers,
the ability to stay here,
or generally the first
And, I met another my friend Anna
all of this process,
that lady Catherine Brown,
And I've been to like, I visited
And right now Cathy is,
I mean, she's very lovely and
she's being just human,
into her house, that meant a lot to me.
And right now I still like in a good
grateful for her generous heart
Just being into this community, knowing,
knowing what's going on.
And I ended up with her
And I feel like, you know, she,
uh, but I feel like she's my friend.
She showed me so much about
She showed me other side of the life
like, you know, like almost the Mordor
if you know that, you know.
but also you feel like— and right now I
there is still the light.
And sometimes I feel myself like I'm
in all of those lands.
And there, Cathy being maybe,
of that, all of these lands, all this Mordor,
adventure, all these lives.
And through Cathy,
I started to be connected
back then in Worcestershire.
But after that, I met another person,
And we started to live together,
And there again,
of people, they said like,
felt like,
I want to stay connected
because I know how community is really
around you is important.
I think everything what happens
You may see maybe sometime after,
the results of your decision,
All people that you meet, all
they build you.
And hopefully it makes you stronger — and I hope that it's
It makes you guys more human, more human.
